Columbia Mall's Crowley Mausoleum - March 2007
(AKA Avondale Mall, located in Avondale, Georgia)

March 13, 2007
This photo was taken from the backside of the Crowley Mausoleum. You have a view of the dirt build-up surrounding the drainage ditch and the ditch itself. I hope the ditch is temporary and is not part of the landscaping the developer has in mind.

To the right of the mausoleum, you can see the earth has been built up about 4 feet high, perhaps 50 feet away from the mausoleum. If you look very carefully, you can barely tell there is an opening at the top of the dirt mound. This opening is the drainage ditch and the dozers are on the other side of the ditch. The building in the distance is Sears.

The same view, but from further back.

This photo was taken to the left of the Crowley Mausoleum. You can see the debris that once was Davison's, and to the right, you can see the beginning of the dirt mound that surrounds the new drainage ditch.

This was taken from the same angle as the above photograph, but taken from a little bit further back. Once again, you can see the rubbage that was once Davison's and the building in the background still standing is Sears.

Tree or bush growing from the top of the mausoleum.
